The true death toll in Palestine can’t be determined because Israel won’t let independent groups in to examine the carnage.  You have to ask why that’s the case.  Israel also doesn’t allow foreign journalist to enter Palestine and they’ve killed 165 of them who were there.  Why?  The medical journal the Lancet used estimates from previous wars and came up with a figure of well over 100,000 Palestinians killed by Israel.

The Constitution, which you swore to “protect and defend”, it only as good as its enforcement . . . and you’re failing.  Here’s the First Amendment, in case you forgot:  “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”   You appear to think that the Constitution doesn’t apply when the speech supports the Palestinians.  You appear to think that the Constitution doesn’t apply to the press when it writes about the slaughter of Palestinians.   Do you realize that your inaction on the First Amendment supports the belief that you don’t care about the rule of law?

Subject:  Why Does Israel Keep Attacking a UN Humanitarian Organization?

Israel killed 6 UN workers and 18 others at a facility it has attacked 5 times.  The facility was used to administer polio vaccines.  It also shelters 12,000 Palestinians, mainly women and children.  The UN was an agreement with Israel that none of the vaccine centers would be targeted.  The UN also provides Israel with GPS coordinates of every UN installation and every movement that the UN makes.   Thus the attack was no “mistake”. In addition, attacking places of shelter is a war crime.  Israel says it will continue its attacks because it's a "just war" and "Hamas was there".   And you believe them!!!!

Remember the U.S. citizen Rachel Corrie?  She volunteering with the International Solidarity Movement to protect Palestinians from attacks and displacement.  She was just 23 years old when she was crushed to death by an Israeli military bulldozer in Gaza in 2003 as she attempted to use her body to stop the destruction of Palestinian homes.   

What was the U.S. response?   Ask Israel to “investigate it”!   Rachel’s parents begged their political representatives and the State Department to do something.   What happened?  Nothing!

Subject: Unprecedented Brutality in the West Bank – And You Support It!

Israel calls this slaughter “Operation Summer Camp”.  How do you feel about that?  Bulldozers being used to kill people and destroy infrastructure. They strap Palestinians to military vehicles as human shields. They force Palestinians to walk in front of them as human shields (a violation of international law).

At least 16,000 children have been killed, many by shots to the head or back.  Schools are being destroyed in West Bank, and all the schools in Gaza are destroyed.

I watched the debate last night.  I was stunned by your lack of knowledge about Ukraine.  You’re a lawyer, look at the evidence and facts.

Ukraine:  In 1990 the U.S. promised the Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would not expand beyond Germany. (http://nsarchive.gwu.edu).  In 1999, NATO bombed Belgrade which gave rise to Kosovo and a new NATO base in the Balkans. In 2002, the U.S. unilaterally withdrew from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. In 2003, the U.S. and NATO allies repudiated the United Nations Security Council by going to war in Iraq on false pretenses. In 2004, the U.S. continued with NATO enlargement, with the addition of Bulgaria and Romania. In 2008 the U.S. pledged to expand NATO to Georgia and Ukraine. In 2011, the U.S. overthrew Syria’s Bashar al-Assad, an ally of Russia. In 2011, NATO bombed Libya in order to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi. In 2014, the U.S. conspired with Ukrainian nationalist forces to overthrow Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. In 2015, the U.S. began to place Aegis anti-ballistic missiles in Romania, a short distance from Russia. From 2016 to 2020, the U.S. supported Ukraine in undermining the Minsk II agreement, despite its unanimous backing by the UN Security Council. In 2021, the Biden administration refused to negotiate with Russia over the question of NATO enlargement to Ukraine. In April 2022, the U.S. called on Ukraine to withdraw from peace negotiations with Russia.   All of these actions were designed to undermine Russia and get them to retaliate. Russia told the U.S. many times that expanding NATO to Ukraine was an existential threat.   So, seeing an opportunity to have a proxy war with Russia, the U.S. announced Ukraine would join NATO.
